Park your electric vehicle in the designated charging area, and use the Loop mobile app to start your charging session.
What types of charging connectors do the stations support?
Loop EV Charging Stations support standard Level 2 connectors, compatible with most electric vehicles available on the market. If you have any specific connector inquiries, feel free to reach out to Loop support.
What if I encounter a problem with a charging station?
If you experience any problems with our EV Charging Stations, please contact Loop dedicated customer support team or use the support feature in the Loop mobile app for prompt assistance.

Storage areas are in the building and climate controlled.
Additional Storage Information
Residents can either store their bikes in their storage unit or garage if they have one rented. They will need to have their own sets of key to lock the storage unit. For the garage, they will be able to set a pin for the keypad and we will provide resident with a garage clicker. Entry by storage key for storage door or key fob (dependent on location). Individual locks are required for storage units.
