How long are guest parking passes valid?
Passes are available for overnight parking. Hours are displayed on signage in the community.
How is a vehicle registered?
Through the resident app or when on the application when you apply for an apartment. Please contact the office for assistance.

Does this community offer EV charging?
Yes
How can I access the EV charging stations?
Residents can access the EV charging stations using the Xeal mobile app. Follow the instructions in the app to activate and manage your charging session.
How do I reserve an EV reserved parking space?
EV charging spaces are available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
Where are the EV charging stations located in the community?
The EV charging stations are located behind Building 6. There are four EV charging spaces.
What types of charging connectors do the stations support?
The charging stations are equipped with the standard charging connector supported by most electric vehicles. If you have questions about compatibility with your specific vehicle, please refer to the Xeal mobile app or your vehicle manufacturer.
What if I encounter a problem with a charging station?
If you experience any issues with an EV charging station, please contact the dedicated Xeal Customer Support team or use the support feature in the Xeal mobile app for prompt assistance.
