The program is designed to increase affordable housing opportunities in the City of Boston and ensure that homes remain affordable over time. Housing Options

345 Harrison proudly participates in the BPDA Affordable Program, providing apartments to eligible individuals and families.The Program requires that all applicants complete a Tenant Income Certification Form at both Initial Certification and Annual Recertification and provide the following income documents. Additional documents may be requested if needed to determine eligibility. See the full list of qualifying proof of income documentation and occupancy limits.



Studio: Starting at $1,383 | 395 - 475 sq. ft.

One Bedroom: Starting at $1,621 | 623 - 931 sq. ft.

Two Bedrooms: Starting at $1,837 | 1002 - 1287 sq. ft.

Three Bedrooms: Starting at $2,057 | 1238 - 1606 sq. ft.
