Residents: Ensure your vehicles are registered on the Spartan Wrecker website to avoid towing. Please visit spartanparkme.com, navigate to 'First time users,' and create a permit for your vehicle(s). Please note, only after the permit is approved final, the option to create visitor passes will be enabled. Guests: Please ensure your vehicle(s) are registered with Spartan Wrecker to avoid being towed whenever you're on the property. The resident can create the visitor pass. Park in non-blue numbered spots inside the garage (blue numbered spots are reserved and paid parking for residents). Thank you for your cooperation.
