Pet Restrictions Acceptable animals include domestic cats and dogs. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. About Our Pricing
Pricing and options can vary based on lease terms, move-in date, and availability, and may change at any time. Specials or concessions may be offered depending on lease length and move-in date and usually apply only to the first full billing cycle. Restrictions apply, and specials do not apply to current residents, transfers, or anyone who lived with us in the last 90 days. Deposits may change based on credit, rental history, or other qualifying standards. Furnished homes and corporate leases may have additional premiums. For leases starting on or after the 25th of the month, your move-in balance will include prorated rent for the current month plus the next month’s rent (not applicable in Massachusetts). In New York, leases starting within 10 days of the upcoming month will include prorated rent for the move-in month plus full rent for the following month. In Massachusetts, the total monthly price includes base rent plus any required monthly charges. Floor plans are artist’s renderings; actual layouts, sizes, and features may vary. Until you provide us proof that you have obtained a personal renter’s insurance or liability insurance policy with $200,000 in liability coverage for the duration of your lease, we will procure liability-only insurance coverage on your behalf and you will be charged in accordance with your Lease. *Affordable Housing Applicants are exempt from this rule.
