At Polo Park, you're less than five miles from Two Rivers Park—home to more recreation activities than any other park in Nashville! Enjoy the area's only wave-action swimming pool and skate park, as well as the popular Two Rivers Golf Course. Easy Commuting

Your home at Polo Park offers lots of options for getting to your destination. If you're heading downtown for work, you've got two convenient, direct routes: Lebanon Road (10 miles) or I-40 (9 miles). Polo Park is located on an MTA bus line, and we're only two miles from the Donelson Station for the Music City Star commuter train. And if you're heading out of town (or out of the country), it's just a four-mile drive to Nashville International Airport.

Enjoy the Lake

A fun-filled day on the water is only a few minutes away at Percy Priest Lake. Enjoy hours of boating or fishing, take a spin on a jet ski, or rent a pontoon party boat and float the day away with friends. Just a few miles north, pay a visit to Old Hickory Lake.
