Is there guest parking?

Where do guests park?
Guest spots are in Phase I and Phase II only. Phase I’s guest spots will be in front of the Phase 1 access gates located by the main pool. Phase II and III’s guest spots will be near buildings 56 and 49 off Golf Course Drive.
What is the cost of guest parking?
$3.50/hour
How are guest parking passes purchased?
Guest parking is pay by plate per hour. All guests parked in guest parking must be registered with their plate number for the entire time vehicle is parked in the lot. Guests can register by following the link below or scanning the QR code located on the signs in the guest lot. Cost is between $1.50 and $3.50 per hour depending on the day of the week. GO

How do I reserve an EV reserved parking space?
These are not reserved spaces.
Where are the EV charging stations located in the community?
Located by Parc Cafe and in Guest Parking by building 56.
What types of charging connectors do the stations support?
Loop EV Charging Stations support standard Level 2 connectors, compatible with most electric vehicles available on the market. If you have any specific connector inquiries, feel free to contact Loop support.
What if I encounter a problem with a charging station?
If you experience any problems with our EV Charging Stations, please contact Loop dedicated customer support team or use the support feature in the Loop mobile app for prompt assistance.
