Back to all FAQ| Carport - Reserved | $80/month | Maximum: 1 per lease | Each apartment comes with a carport space (with exception to the Townhome Area) They can park a second vehicle in an open unreserved space. These spaces are on a first come first serve basis. Each townhome comes with an attached garage and open reserved space. |

Is there guest parking?
No
Where do guests park?
Guests should utilize nearby street parking. No overnight guest parking permitted.
How are guest parking passes purchased?
No guest parking permitted on property. All vehicles require a valid and visible parking permit.
Is designated motorcycle parking offered at this community?
No
Are boats/trailers allowed to be parked at this community?

Is there a vehicle washing station/area at this community?
No
How is a vehicle registered?
We do not formally register vehicles. All homes are given two parking passes at move-in. They can be interchanged between vehicles as needed. All vehicles parked on the property MUST display a valid and visible parking pass while on property to avoid towing.
