Honestly, I have not had many issues here and when I have, they’re fixed very promptly. It’s very quiet and everyone in the building is friendly. I feel safe inside the apt. There’s security. The rooftop has the best view that includes the needle, the water, and a clear shot of Rainier. It’s a huge space. The gym and amenities remain clean. It’s in walking dista...
