Smart Home + GiGstreem Internet
Back to all FAQGiGstreem provides reliable, high-speed wireless internet service wherever you are in the community. You can stay connected nearly everywhere in the community: in the gym, walking the hallways, in the amenity spaces, and of course, in your apartment. Also, no routers or clunky cable boxes taking up space in your homes. Lastly, a low monthly cost without additional hidden taxes or fees - something many internet carriers are notorious for.
GiGstreem service is expected to be available sometime during the term of your Lease. We will give you at least 30 days' advance notice of the GiGstreem activation date. At that time, we will provide you with more information on the service and how to get connected.
The internet provided as part of your Lease has an excellent internet speed of 1 GiG (1Gbps).
After you have been provided with 30 days advance notice of the GiGstreem activation date, a monthly charge not to exceed $80 per month will be added to your rent, which will cover the cost of your access to GiGstreem's wireless internet in your home and throughout the community.
