When is the deposit and admin fee due?

Residents can pay their move-in monies via personal check OR via the UDR resident portal (ACH/Checking/Savings) so long as the payment is made/posted at least 3 business days prior to their move-in date. The payment must be posted by 8pm CST for it to be considered on the day it was submitted. Any payments posted after 8 pm CST should be treated as being paid on the next business day. Any other payments made (those made less than 3 business days prior to move in) MUST be made in certified funds and can be paid to the apartment community directly. If a resident mails in a cashier's check, they may not be given keys and moved in until payment is received. Credit Card payments are not permitted for move-in except in Areas approved by the Area Vice President.
