Are boats/trailers allowed to be parked at this community?
Trailers, yes. They are charged $30 per month for parking unless the resident would like the $45 monthly reserved parking for the trailers. No boat parking.
Is there a vehicle washing station/area at this community?
No
How long are guest parking passes valid?
Up to 3 days in visitor parking.
