Pursuant to the District of Columbia Inclusionary Zoning program, income restricted units are available at this development. Please contact the Department of Housing and Community Development at www.dhcd.dc.gov regarding the availability of such units and requirements for registration in the Inclusionary Zoning program.
Acceptable forms of payment include: ACH payments, Money Order, Cashier’s Check, Personal Check, Credit Cards* Additional Fees May Apply. Cash is not accepted.
If a new leaseholder moves in, the new leaseholder and all remaining leaseholders must fill out an application and qualify according to income and criminal standards. If a roommate moves out, all remaining leaseholders will need to re-qualify according to income and criminal standards.
