No. Participation in the short-term rental program is subject to availability and property-specific capacity limits. A resident's eligibility to participate does not guarantee enrollment. At the time a lease is signed, participation opportunities may be unavailable because the property's capacity limit has been reached. Residents should not enter into a lease in reliance on anticipated participation in the short-term rental program. Additionally, Owner may further limit, suspend, deactivate, remove, or reallocate at its sole discretion due to capacity constraints or operational needs. Owner shall have no liability for any loss of revenue, bookings, or other alleged damages arising from such limitation, suspension, deactivation, removal, or reallocation.

This building allows residents to host their apartment on Airbnb for a limited number of nights.
