How are guest parking passes purchased?
Guest parking is located on P2 of the garage. Please follow the directions listed on the signs posted throughout the garage to register your guest's car. GO

How can I access the EV charging stations?
You must download the Xeal app to access charging.
How do I reserve an EV reserved parking space?
For EV reserved parking ($265/month), while the charging is not included in the fee, they will receive a discount on the charging rate. Regular unreserved ev charging is $0.30/kwh, while an ev reserved charging spot gets you a rate of $0.20/kwh.
Where are the EV charging stations located in the community?
In the retail lot of the 989 tower. We also have reserved and unreserved spaces in the residential lot.
What if I encounter a problem with a charging station?
You will message Xeal directly
