I enjoy working for UDR for a few reasons, the first being the company culture on being goal oriented, forward thinking and technology. Second, being in the business for almost 26 years, it helped me grow tremendously, I started initially as a maintenance, unit turn cleaner back in the 90's and worked myself up the ladder, and today I'm a Sr. Service manager taking care of 2 communities and overseeing 5 employees. I love to be organized and developed along the years tracking spreadsheets for the apartments in each community, helping the rest of the team do their job more smoothly and stress free.
