We lived at View 14 for 6 years and it was a great place to live. It’s a well-run building - concierge are helpful and friendly, maintenance issues are sorted out quickly, and the gym is an actually nice amenity. Great location for going out on 14th or U while still far enough from the craziness. And very convenient for dog owners with Doozy downstairs and Canin...
